Philosophy

We are Dedicated to providing comprehensive, high-quality, client-and client family-centered services in the client’s place of residence and/or designated place. Our professional and excellent care is focused on the client’s unique physiological, safety, psychological, self-esteem, and self-actualization needs, and are driven by innovations in care provision, technology and all the applicable laws.

We are committed to providing services that will help every client regardless of medical condition or age to search for meaning in the personal experiences surrounding his or her illness or physical challenge and/or disability; to make choices and decisions about the provision of services relative to unique, self-defined values; and to collaborate actively with other Professional staff and health care providers in the provision of appropriate service(s).  The agency is also dedicated to the provision of health care education to the client, the client’s family and the community in general.

We offer a full range of services, medical and non-medical (non-medical available in most areas) and many options, so that care can be offered from a single hour to 24 hours a day, all year round, with no required minimum number of visits. For further flexibility, we typically need only 24-48 hours to set a schedule and that schedule can be changed at any time to maintain the right amount of assistance at any given time, for changing conditions or situations, irrespective of the level of assistance.

Our services are performed by CNA’s and RN’s depending on the necessity and level of care. Dynamedics employees read, write and speak English, and have passed extensive background checks; they are also subjected to extensive reference checks, and qualification/license and certification verification process, to ensure that our clients have the best caregivers in North Carolina. They are CPR certified and undergo annual TB testing and physical examinations and are required to participate in ongoing training to satisfy their conditions of employment and all state and federal rules, regulations and laws.

We also supervise our employees to monitor their professionalism and the extensiveness of care they provide.  Care by a Dynamedics employee offers protection to the client. That protection, and the support from our office staff, are a few of the advantages of care from a licensed agency.

Dynamedics carries several licenses with the State of North Carolina, assuring our clients and their families that our office complies with state standards for supervision, documentation, training, and consumer education.

An assessment consultation is the usual procedure to begin service to determine the goals of the service, needs, abilities, restrictions or special circumstances of the client and the starting schedule.  The visit is free and there is no obligation of any kind.  It can be very helpful for individuals or families if they are comparing agencies or services offered.
